This week Ekta talks to Abby Wallach and Caroline Fabrigas, Co-Founders of Sparti Scents. Sparti Scents evolved from a 15-year friendship and a desire to create a new voice and vision for the fragrance and beauty category. After interviewing hundreds of fragrance fans from around the world, award-winning entrepreneurs and executives Abby and Caroline set out to revolutionize the way consumers use, love and wear fragrance. Their vision: to re-think new forms of fragrance, new delivery systems and new experiences to make fragrance a part of your everyday lifestyle and routine.
“I ended up leaving the network world and went on my own to create a brand with a beauty editor. I really wanted to be in beauty and fashion and lifestyle. Caroline and I reconnected and we lived in the same town and had children the same age and we were very passionate about beauty and fragrance.” (Wallach).
These two friends bonded over a shared passion of beauty and scent and set out to create a wonderful award winning brand that won over their consumers.
“Because of our innocence, we didn’t see it [Fragrance] the same way that everyone else did. We would say to ourselves, why does it need to be in a bottle? Maybe it can be delivered in a different format. Does it have to be a liquid? Why can’t it have skin loving elements? That led us to create Sparti Scents.” (Fabrigas).
