This week Ekta talks to Carmen Tal, the Co-Founder of Morrocan Oil. Carmen found that the
benefits and transformative power of Argan Oil to be mind blowing and wanted to create
products that were based off this ingredient and that were effective for all types of hair. Sharing this secret with the world was Carmen’s biggest goal when creating this company, she had a horrible experience with a coloring done on her hair that left her hair really damaged and she found herself in a salon in Tel Aviv where they used this oil treatment that completely changed her hair and her worldview. Oil hair treatments were not something that was very prevalent in the hair industry, if at all at the time therefore Carmen thought it grand to introduce her line.
