“I have experience in the global cosmetic industry that spanning over 17 years. I have always been passionate and interested in skincare not just because of my job but also because of my skin problems that I have had in the past. I started having skin problems in my 30s. I had to move around due to my job and had to adapt to new environments and that’s when my eczema started.” (Kwak).
Chloe knows what a consumer’s experience is like when it comes to struggling with our skincare and finding products that work for us and our daily lives. It was this exact reason that she wanted to pursue not only a path to beauty but transform the idea of skin care products and their purpose.
“Because of my eczema problem I got my esthetician license during that time because I really wanted to know more about my skin, and I wanted to find the solution!” (Kwak).
After meeting her founding partner Seyoung Shin, they broke down the root of several skin issues. As a result, they created a line formulated to not only conquer but rejuvenate the skin with natural ingredients such as their signature vinegar ingredient.
