skin types. If you have acne-prone or oily skin, jojoba, tea tree, rosehip seed, and camellia oil are perfect options to use. For those with dry
and sensitive skin — argan, coconut, and almond oil.

Are there any side effects?

Dry oils are generally safe and don’t come with any side effects. They
can also be used for topical use and are very unlikely to cause any
serious side effects. However, like any new substance, applying dry oil
to your skin for the first time can potentially cause an allergic reaction.
It is crucial to first do a patch test and wait 24–48 hours before
implementing the product to your regime.

The side effects of an allergic reaction from might include:

● Redness
● Irritation

Including Dry Oil Into Your Routine

To take advantage of the maximum assistance of dry oil, it’s essential
to include it into your daily skincare routine correctly, to prevent side
effects and reactions. Thankfully, the routine is simple and quick –
start by cleansing your face with your favorite face wash and gently
patting it dry or air drying. Next, apply a few drops of dry oil to your
fingertips and gently massage it into your skin using an upward
motion. Make sure to allow the oil to completely absorb for a few
minutes before applying additional products. If you plan to use dry oil
for your body, apply the dry oil to your damp skin after a bath or
shower to lock in moisture. Remember you just need to start with a
small amount and then adjust to a needed amount.
