Katie Baeyens and Michelle Fry, Co-Founders of Good Faith, Podcast Summary
This week Ekta talks to Katie Baeyens and Michelle Fry, the Co-Founders of Good Faith. Katie and Michelle met while working on products for a different company, owned by Katie and her husband. They quickly learned they had a lot in common and shared this goal for problem solving products for the beauty industry.
“I knew she [Michelle Fry] had a background in beauty and product development, so I started asking her my personal questions about ingredients and just different problems I was having with my own skin. We really connected on a lot of levels personally, and our frustrations that we were both having, with the bigger beauty industry in general.” (Baeyens).
The pair have launched a great skincare and beauty brand, based in their beliefs that beauty and wellness go hand in hand.
“I’ve spent my entire career, at this point 15+ years, working and creating products globally in both skincare and color cosmetics. We were really fortunate that I was able to tap into that experience and also the connections that I have from working in the industry for so long to ensure that we had the best labs, the best manufacturers, that we could uphold the guidelines for our customers.” (Fry).
