Leslie talks about her rise to where she is now and mentions a previous Skincare Anarchy guest, Marie-Pierre Stark-Flora, Founder of HERB + FLORA, was her first boss at L’Oreal. Harris learned a lot on the job
and went back to school for her Masters in Professional Studies in Cosmetics & Fragrance, Marketing & Management at FIT. On top of all she does now, she also is a professor at FIT, teaching a class on the history of beauty.
